We organize part of the work into specialized agents that analyze requests, prepare results, and perform delivery tasks. These are AI functions configured by Rebajas.com, not human employees. Their names, responsibilities, and profiles are detailed below.

ElevenLabs · visitor assistance

Rebeca and Roberto offer conversational assistance via chat and voice through ElevenLabs and the language models configured for each assistant. They consult the catalog and information published on Rebajas.com to guide you; they do not make purchases, collect payments, or manage orders for you.

OpenAI API · non-conversational agents

It supports product discovery processes and content preparation from commercial sources. Model calls may pass through Vercel AI Gateway. These processes combine AI with feed imports, rules, and checks: not every catalog query, selection, or validation is a model decision.

Available profiles are linked from the name. The profile explains its function; for discovery agents, it also allows consulting their public activity. Having a profile does not mean it is continuously running.

Internal agents work within ChatGPT and Codex environments. Their profiles describe specializations, not independent models or individuals with their own professional experience.

Rebajas LLC retains responsibility for the service and the content it publishes. The management and business decisions correspond to the human team.

Supervision combines permissions, automatic controls, and human review according to the task. Discovery agents can monitor, prepare candidates, or publish within expressly authorized scopes. Sensitive, incomplete, or unauthorized cases are blocked or sent for review. This does not mean that a person individually reviews every response or every offer.

Prices, variants, availability, and conditions must be supported by catalog data and their sources. An AI-generated description does not constitute an independent product verification. AI results may also appear in texts, guides, and images; an illustrative resource does not replace photographs or seller specifications.

Internal tools work with the instructions and context provided for each task, such as code, documentation, or editorial material. Discovery processes use product data and commercial sources.

By chatting with Rebeca or Roberto, your messages, responses, and the necessary context to address the query are processed. If you activate the microphone, ElevenLabs also processes the audio. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

The Privacy Policy details the history, providers, retention, and your rights. Removing a conversation from history is not equivalent to requesting its complete deletion. You can use the site's catalog without starting a conversation with the assistants.

External processing and responsibilities

When a feature sends data to OpenAI or ElevenLabs, the processing and, where applicable, the retention of that data on their services are carried out on infrastructure managed by the provider and its subcontractors. Rebajas LLC does not operate that external infrastructure.

Processing is subject to applicable law and the terms of service and data processing agreements. When a provider acts as a processor, it processes data on behalf of the customer and according to their instructions; its privacy policy describes the processing for which it acts as a controller. The specific conditions depend on the service and the contracted configuration.

Commissioning such processing to third parties does not relieve Rebajas LLC of its obligations regarding the data it collects, the purposes and instructions it establishes, or the data it communicates. Rebajas.com also retains conversation history in its service infrastructure, according to its Privacy Policy. You can direct your data requests to legal@rebajas.com; when necessary, we will manage the intervention of the corresponding provider.

OpenAI states that, by default, it does not use data from its API to train its models, except for voluntary participation. This rule should not be confused with the terms and conditions of all ChatGPT accounts or with a zero retention guarantee. Consult the OpenAI data controls and the differences between services.
