32.Rebeca and Roberto: voice and text conversations

Rebeca and Roberto are Rebajas.com's artificial intelligence assistants and require login. When you use them, we process written messages, voice transcription, responses, shared links, dates, and your account identifier to provide the service and retrieve your conversations. Do not send passwords, payment data, or unnecessary sensitive information.

ElevenLabs processes text and, when you activate the microphone, the audio necessary to recognize your voice and generate responses. Audio recording is disabled: audio is transmitted for real-time processing. ElevenLabs also retains transcriptions and operational data according to service configuration; withdrawing history in Rebajas.com does not automatically delete that copy. Deletion requests are also processed with respect to the provider when applicable. Rebajas.com saves the transcription, not a copy of the audio files, in its Supabase infrastructure. These providers are involved in the service and may involve international processing, subject to the applicable safeguards described in this Policy. The browser's microphone permission controls its capture and you can withdraw it or use text only.

The history is associated with your account. Authorized Rebajas.com personnel may consult conversations to address incidents, review service quality, and prevent abuse; these consultations are logged. We do not use this history to create advertising profiles. The basis for processing necessary to respond and retrieve your history is the provision of the service you request; limited security and support review is based on our legitimate interest, subject to your rights.

The Remove from history or Clear chat option hides the conversation from your history and prevents you from reopening it from your account; it does not immediately delete the internal copy. In the Rebajas.com database, conversations, both visible and removed, are kept for a maximum of 12 months from their last activity and are deleted through a daily process. Account deletion removes your history from our database. Administrative access logs are kept for 12 months.

Removing a conversation from history is not equivalent to exercising the right to erasure. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction by writing to legal@rebajas.com; we will assess the request and applicable obligations, including data processed by providers. This functionality does not limit your legal rights or authorise indefinite retention.

Sharing a conversation is optional and creates, at the account holder's request, a copy of all messages saved up to that moment, with prices and links. It does not include future messages, audio, or account identification data, but it does include any personal data written in the messages. Anyone who receives the link can read and forward the copy without logging in. Review the content before sharing and do not disseminate third-party data without authorization. You can deactivate the link or replace it with an updated copy; Clear chat, Remove from history, and deleting the account also revoke access. The link expires after a maximum of 12 months, or sooner if the conversation expires. Expired shared copies are deleted through a daily process. Deactivating the link does not allow you to retrieve copies that recipients have saved. Shared messages are historical: check current prices and conditions in the store.
