Rebajas.com Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy

Last update: September 30, 2026

Audience measurement and personalization

Module specific notice · September 13, 2026

Optional measurement is disabled until you accept it. You can browse without accepting it. Personalization permission is additional: it allows connecting your actions and interests to your account when you log in. It does not imply subscribing to emails or accepting purchase attribution.

Data, purposes and deadlines for this module
  • We record visits and actions within Rebajas.com, device, approximate country and region, and referring domain. We do not record search text, URL parameters, unprocessed IP, or navigation within external stores here.
  • With personalization, authorized administrators can review your account activity, categories, brands, recency, and frequency to understand interests and prepare future recommendations. The email is viewed from the account and not copied to events.
  • Browser identifiers are random and pseudonymous: they do not guarantee anonymity. We do not deduce age, gender, or sensitive attributes; we exclude sensitive content identified by our taxonomy, stores, and classification rules from these profiles.
  • Activity events and profiles are kept for up to 90 days. Changing purposes clears the history of this module associated with that browser; it does not delete your account, contributions, or independent security logs. The previous button allows revoking permission. If we cannot confirm deletion due to an incident, we will indicate it and you can retry.
  • The service runs on Rebajas.com's infrastructure, hosted on Vercel, and the Supabase database. We do not send email addresses or account identifiers to affiliate networks through this module.
  • Awin, attributed sales, and newsletters are not yet connected. Queried prices are signals of interest, not actual spending. Future integration will require specific consent information and configuration.

First-party cookies and storage

  • rba_consent_v1: remembers your choices for up to 90 days, also if you decline.
  • rba_visitor_v1: browser identifier for accepted measurement, maximum 90 days. If a withdrawal fails, it may be temporarily kept to retry deletion, without activating measurement.
  • rba_visit_v1: accepted measurement session, 30 minutes of inactivity.
  • rba_pause_v1: only suspends collection during a withdrawal or incident; never grants permissions. Maximum 90 days if not completed sooner.
  • rebajas_analytics_session: session storage used by the previous measurement of store and product visits, only after accepting measurement.

For privacy requests regarding your account or data, you can write to legal@rebajas.com. This notice specifies the operation of the module and complements the general policy detailed below.

8.Technology providers

Rebajas.com may change technology providers as the Platform evolves.

For this reason, this Policy is not intended to be a permanent list of all cookies, identifiers, or providers used.

When we have a consent management tool or cookie settings, the information available in that tool may identify the active technologies and providers in more detail.

The incorporation of a new provider that implies a material change in our privacy practices will be managed in accordance with applicable law.

The duration of a cookie may vary depending on its purpose and configuration.

Some cookies are session-based and disappear after closing the browser or ending a certain session. Others are persistent and remain for a defined period or until they are deleted.

We do not establish a single duration period applicable to all cookies in this Policy because periods may vary depending on the technology, purpose, and provider used.

When our cookie settings tool provides information about a specific cookie, it may also include information about its expected duration.

When applicable law obliges Rebajas.com to recognize a valid preference signal for certain activities, we will endeavor to do so in accordance with the corresponding technical and legal requirements.

Receiving a particular signal will not necessarily imply the deactivation of all cookies, as some may be essential or outside the scope of the corresponding signal.

13.Choices stored through cookies

When you accept, reject, or configure certain technologies, we may need to store a cookie or identifier intended to remember that choice.

This storage may be necessary to avoid repeatedly asking you for the same decision.

Deleting browser cookies may also remove this preference and cause our system to request a choice again.

This may allow us to:

  • Maintain the session.
  • Protect the account.

How we treat personal information related to accounts is explained in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

For this reason, Rebajas.com may present different mechanisms for consent, information, or opt-out depending on factors such as the user's reasonably determined location and applicable legislation.

The availability of a certain option does not necessarily mean that all laws associated with that option are applicable to Rebajas LLC in all cases.

The presence of this section does not mean that these rules are necessarily applicable to every interaction with Rebajas.com.
