Nothing in these Terms grants the user ownership of these materials.

21.Limited license to use Rebajas.com

As long as you comply with these Terms, Rebajas LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicenseable license to access and use Rebajas.com for personal and legitimate purposes.

This license does not include the right to:

This includes, to the extent legally permitted, losses related to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF REBAJAS LLC ARISING DIRECTLY FROM YOUR FREE USE OF REBAJAS.COM SHALL NOT EXCEED US$100, UNLESS A MANDATORY APPLICABLE REGULATION REQUIRES GREATER LIABILITY OR PREVENTS SUCH LIMITATION. The limitations in this section shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

33.Legally Mandatory Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Inalienable consumer legal rights shall prevail where applicable.

34.Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rebajas LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Fraud or intentionally unlawful conduct performed through your account.

This obligation shall not apply to the extent that the claim was caused by the conduct of Rebajas LLC for which the law does not allow liability to be transferred to the user.

35.Suspension and Cancellation

We may suspend, limit, or cancel a user's access when we reasonably believe that:

When applicable, we may immediately suspend access without prior notice. Account cancellation alone does not create a right to compensation.

36.Effects of Cancellation

43.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to reasonably approximate its original purpose when legally possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

44.Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the specific policies and conditions expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement regarding the use of Rebajas.com between the user and Rebajas LLC, except for those services subject to separate agreements.

45.Assignment

The user may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms when such transfer materially affects Rebajas LLC without our prior consent, unless otherwise provided by law.

48.Rebeca Assistant and Conversation History

Rebeca allows registered users to converse by voice or text about offers and content published on Rebajas.com. It is an artificial intelligence: it can make mistakes and does not replace checking prices, conditions, and availability in the store. It does not make purchases, payments, or manage orders.

Responses show links to Rebajas.com listings. Prices and discounts may change since publication. A previous conversation does not guarantee that an offer is still valid. When resuming the conversation, Rebeca may receive part of the previous messages to maintain context.

The history is saved associated with the account and can be viewed via the History button. Removing from history or clearing chat removes the conversation from the user's view; the internal copy is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Deletion of personal data is requested through the channels indicated in said Policy. Do not share third-party data or unnecessary sensitive information.

Sharing a conversation is optional and creates, at the account holder's request, a copy of all messages saved up to that moment, with prices and links. It does not include future messages, audio, or account identification data, but it does include any personal data written in the messages. Anyone who receives the link can read and forward the copy without logging in. Review the content before sharing and do not disseminate third-party data without authorization. You can deactivate the link or replace it with an updated copy; Clear chat, Remove from history, and deleting the account also revoke access. The link expires after a maximum of 12 months, or sooner if the conversation expires. Expired shared copies are deleted through a daily process. Deactivating the link does not allow you to retrieve copies that recipients have saved. Shared messages are historical: check current prices and conditions in the store.
